The plan got some revision under Chancellor Ricardo Babaran to become a Phase 2, now with an allocation of P360M and it included a world-class library, a theatre-type audio-visual hall, and the Executive Offices.
The ceremony will be attended by the UPV Officials, faculty, and staff. It is open to the public and will be live streamed on the official UPV online sites.
