Working at iQor has many benefits! The first 100 new hires to join an exciting Canadian telecommunications program will receive a limited-time bonus of 60K pesos. Employees will earn higher basic pay plus a non-taxable allowance. Employees will also receive free HMO health care coverage starting on Day 1 for themselves and three dependents. Employees receive monthly performance incentives and quarterly appraisals. They also receive up to 30 days of paid leave with up to 21 days convertible to cash.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have graduated from high school/senior high school or higher. Applicants must also have good English and interpersonal skills and be amenable to changing schedules. One year of experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
